How do I contact if I have an emergency?


We have 24/7 service! Call us at 207-564-8131 or 1-800-640-8131. During hours our team will put you in their best interest and dispatch to our next available technician. After hours, your call will go to an answering service and they will contact the on technician.

What do I do if I smell propane outside or inside?


  1. Make sure that there is no flame anywhere inside or outside near tank, shut off all appliances inside house.
  2. If smell is inside, open windows and go outside and keep distance.
  3. If possible, shut propane tank off, turn the gray valve on tank clockwise.
  4. Call our office at 207-564-8131. If you can’t reach us, call 911 or local fire department.

What do I do if I smell fuel oil inside?


  1. Shut emergency switch off for heating system.
  2. Visually check around system and oil tank for any leaks of any kind.
  3. If smell is real strong open windows.
  4. Call our office at 207-564-8131.

What do I do if my oil tank is leaking?


  1. Shut your heating system off, by using power switch on system or emergency switch.
  2. See if leak is where you can put a bucket under it.
  3. Call our office at 207-564-8131.

What do I do if my heating system won’t run?


There are a few things to check before calling us;

  1. Is there product in your tank?
  2. Are there any visible leaks?
  3. Is there power going to your system (is it lit up)?
  4. Is your emergency switch turned off? (red light switch)
  5. Make sure that your thermostat is working (check batteries) and make sure set above room temperature.
  6. If there are no smells or leaks, you can try to rest system by hitting the rest button but only try one time. If system does not come on, call our office at 207-564-8131 and we will dispatch our next available technician to some assess the situation.

When do I call for a propane delivery to ensure I don’t run out?


Call us for delivery when your tank gauge reads 20-30%.
